Cranberry Cottages (Cape Cod, MA) has operated as a traditional Eastham cottage colony for over fifty years.
It has been separately owned condos for the last 22 years.  Fourteen housekeeping cottages are spread over 5+ acres of pine, locust, oak, rhododendron and a large variety of flowering plants and shrubs - home to birds, small wildlife, and the occasional deer. 

Although each cottage is now owned and rented by separate owners, the association of owners is devoted to maintaining the traditional look and feel of the original cottage area. Seven of the cottages are avaiable as seasonal rentals and eight are not.  While each cedar-shingled unit is unique, they share the following amenities:​

• private yard with picnic table and grill
• well-supplied kitchen areas
• heat
• free wireless internet
• cable TV

There are three sizes of rental units:

• studio cottages
  queen-size bed with kitchenette
• smaller 2-bedroom "inner" cottages
  lofted ceilings, double bed, two twin beds or foldout double bed, living area with fully equipped kitchen
• larger 2-bedroom "outer" cottages
  double or queen bed, twin beds, living area and adjacent fully equipped kitchen dining area

All rental arrangements are made by contacting individual cottage owners, who determine their own rates. Owners may collaborate to accommodate larger groups (families, reunions, clubs, friends...).
